1. The Hayloft Marker
Inscription. Above the Woolshed was the storage loft for hay. The ground here outside the opening above had been built up to form a solid ramp allowing carts to back up to the stables and load the hay directly into the hayloft. Still a great workout for whoever was holding the pitchfork.
