4. Confederate Cemetery
All three of Farmville's Confederate memorials are now in this cemetery. The 2013 cemetery tablet is on the angled stone in the foreground left. The subject monument is at distant center right, immediately across from the flagpole. The monument that used to stand by Longwood University is in the center distant. Note that there are no gravestones in this cemetery - remaining graves are unmarked. This view is from the entrance signpost.
