Carriage House and Stable
A carriage house and stable was originally located to the north of Oakhurst. A small living area on the second floor housed male domestic staff. Female staff lived on the third floor of Oakhurst. In later years, the Carriage House and Stable was used as a garage. Little is known about when this building was demolished.

Playhouse
George and Harriet Fulton's grandchildren often came to visit Oakhurst. Sources indicate that the Fulton grandchildren had their own playhouse, though its exact location is unknown.

A newspaper clipping from 1884 describes a story of the playhouse having a small stove, which led to an accidental fire. While the two young grandchildren, Nannie and Georgie Holden, were playing, the day before the fire, Nannie had poured grease into part of the stove. When the kids later built a fire, the flames grew and burned Nannie's dress. Luckily neither panicked and put the fire out with no injuries reported.

"She [Nannie] says Hal does not talk or think of anything but Texas, Nannies playhouse, the chickens, calves, flowers etc., and then her nice rides with grandpa and grandma"
