1. Mark 14 Torpedo Marker

Inscription. The steam-driven Mark 14 torpedo was the primary weapon of fleet submarines during World War II. Small surface ships were usually sunk by the submarine's deck guns. Each fleet submarine had 10 torpedo tubes and carried 24 torpedoes. The torpedo tubes used compressed air to fire the torpedo.
