Inscription.
As Riverbanks continued to grow and evolve, drawing more people to the Garden became a priority, and what better way to do so than by creating a dedicated space to engage children and families. In April 2016, Waterfall Junction opened to the public. This 3-acre space was designed with kids in mind, including tunnels to crawl through, a large dinosaur dig area, treehouses, and a splash pad. The original space included a tadpole pond for children to explore, but it quickly became clear that guests preferred splash play, so the pond was replaced with L'il Sprouts Splash Zone.

Erected by Riverbanks Zoo and Garden.
