Regarding Heaven's Brigade Memorial. This memorial honors a group called the "Heavenly Hundred," a group of about 125 protestors and police officers who were killed in January and February of 2014 during protests in Kyiv. The sculpture was designed by Ukrainian sculptor Yevgeniy Prokopov, whose works include the sculpture of Patriarch Josyf Cardinal Slipyj at Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Cathedral in Chicago.
