At some point after this sign was made, Third Street was renamed Batavia Road, which already existed on the north end of Warrenville and connected with the north-south Third Street. Only two numbered streets remain in Warrenville: Fourth, a block west of here, and Second, which is on the east side of the DuPage River's West Branch.
