Juan Luna y Novicio (1857-1899), painter, diplomat, and nationalist. Companion of Jose Rizal, Graciano Lopez Jaena, and Marcelo H. del Pilar in the Propaganda Monument which was critical against the Spanish colonial government in the Philippines. Monument erected, 1985.
