Louisa Mars Henderson
Louisa Mars Henderson (1862-1962) and her husband, William, ran the family store, while raising 5 children, including E. B. Henderson. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star, Second Baptist Church and the NAACP. She died shortly before her 100th birthday, making her, at 99, the oldest registered voter in the city.
