1. Webb Drug Store Marker
Built in 1852 for John Webb and Henry Miller, the building served as the first, and for many years the only, drugstore in Brownsville. The building is an example of Border Brick architecture. It was restored and converted into the 409 Art Gallery in 2006.
Erected by City of Brownsville, Brownsville Heritage Complex, Preserve America and Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation.
