Inscription. These 12.6 acres of wetland forest and upland meadow were part of a 33 - acre parcel once known as "Windy Hill Farm". Frederic & Antonia von Zuben purchased the farm in 1984 and in 2008 made a generous gift to Harding Land Trust and Harding Township to enable the property's preser-vation. Originally a hay farm, a half-mile sulky track was constructed in the 1960s. In the 1970s, this winning stable was well known in harness racing and was home to New Jersey's 1976 Horse of the Year, Boehm's Eclipse.

This beautiful corner property continues to be an important equestrian asset due to the bridle trail that traverses the property.

Erected by Harding Land Trust.
