English Translation:
This Baroque residential house, built in 1715 and remodeled several times, was renovated between 1998 and 2001, is known as the “Giehrlhaus,” was home to Karl and Erika Giehrl, and is associated with the founding of the Erika Giehrl Foundation supporting young scholars at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen–Nuremberg.
