Inscription. The Friends of Bald Rock Heritage Preserve work tirelessly to remove graffiti and trash while maintaining the natural features of Bald Rock. They use pressure washers to remove vandalism and then place organic material called slurry on the outcrop to promote natural vegetation growth. Since their formation in 2021, volunteers have removed 11,510 pounds of trash from the site with still more to remove. These volunteers are an important piece in conserving the natural resources of the Heritage Preserve. Please do your part by packing out any items you bring on the trail.
