Dr. John M. Blocher, distinguished professor and head of the chemistry department, served Baldwin - Wallace with 39 years of dedicated teaching and research. His commitment to scholarship and quest for knowledge inspired both his students and colleagues. As Berea City chemist and community leader for many years, Dr. Blocher earned respect and admiration for his efforts to safeguard the citizens of Berea. Baldwin - Wallace is honored to provide this permanent memorial to Dr. John M. Blocher.
