A graduate in 1896, daughter of alumni, kin to Fletcher Hulet, Frances Mills greatly loved Baldwin-Wallace. The alumni office and its records owe their beginnings to her, she gave the utmost in heart, mind and energy to make of her inherited love for this college a priceless legacy.
