Regarding Richardson-Kiely House circa 1832. This two-storey Georgian mansion was built for Charles Richardson, a lawyer and briefly the local member of Parliament. A wing was added in 1900. It currently operates as The Charles Hotel (12 rooms). It was designated as a heritage property in 1986.
