The bandstand, located in Cobh's John Fitzgerald Kennedy Park, was manufactured by Walter Macfarlane & Co in the Saracen Foundry, Glasgow, Scotland. This is a focal point for many local events in Cobh and, although dedicated recently to the memory of the late Councillor Pat O’Mahony, is a reminder of different times
