Regarding Millstone from Joseph Well's Grist Mill (1870's - 1890's). Joseph Wells (not Well, despite the marker saying "Well's") operated his grist mill at a place now within the urban part of Fort Erie, on a hill named Bertie Hill, near Bertie St and near Goderich St, from 1877 to 1892. This is the only remnant from that mill.
