Beulah No. 1 Missionary Baptist Church, formerly Second Baptist Church of Notasulga, founded in 1865, owns and cares for this sacred ground. Here rest known and unknown souls whose faith and sacrifice laid the foundation for generations to come. Among the burials are U.S. soldiers, U.S. Public Health Service Syphilis Study victims, and beloved family members who are deeply missed. Their strength, sacrifices, and spirit shall never be forgotten. May their legacy endure, and their memory be cherished forever.
