Inscription.
Holt Cemetery has been a part of this community since the 1870s and in the Phillips Family for five generations. It is a lovely resting place rich in family history and memories. Placed on the Alabama Historic Cemetery Register by the Alabama Historical Commission on October 24, 2011.
 
Erected 2012 by Bob and Barbara Phillips Webb, Gary and Alice P. Majors and Victoria Webb Majors and Alabama Historical Commission.
