The Hays Wine Merchants building, 1876, housed the art collection of this Victorian critic/artist from 1985-2002. The collection is now in the Millennium Galleries.

Grand Bank
Now a bar, this mid 19th century classic revival building on Norfolk Street by Flockton and sons was originally the Sheffield and Hallamshire Savings Bank.

Upper Chapel
Built in 1770 on Norfolk Street, is the city's oldest Nonconformist Chapel, now Unitarian and allegedly its first brick building. The grounds contain bronze sculptures by George Fullard (1924-1973).
