Three-time mayor, water commissioner, WWII P.O.W. and a civic-minded citizen.
He brought our town water, built homes, developed parks, streets, ice rinks and the village beach.
He donated and erected the historical Voyaguer statue here as his gift for the people of our community.
He loved Ranier and spent decades working hard to make it even better.
Although hes gone, the good he did lives on.
