This Frisco Commons Park Trail is dedicated by the residents of Frisco, Texas to honor Sergeant Boatright, age 24, was serving as a U.S. Army combat engineer with B Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division on December 4, 2004 when he was killed in action by an improvised explosive device during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq. Sergeant Boatright was laid to rest at Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas.
