1. The Springfield Foundation Gateway Garden Marker

Inscription.
Created as a gift to Clark County residents to commemorate the February 26, 1998 50th anniversary of the Springfield Foundation this community garden is the result of the hard work and support of several community partners. In recognition of their efforts the Springfield Foundation thanks the following groups for their role in helping to create the Gateway Garden.

The City of Springfield's city commission, city manager's office and departments of engineering, parks and recreation, public works utilities and water distribution, Green Tech Lawn and Landscape the Master Gardener's Association, the Ohio Arts Council, Scarff's Edison, Ohio State University extension, Clark County, Studebaker Nursery, Littleton & Rue Monument Company, Studebaker Nursery and Ulery Greenhouse Company.

Without their assistance this community gift would not have been possible. Their dedication has allowed us to achieve progress through partnership. We gratefully acknowledge and celebrate their support.
