1. Russian Style Barn Marker
This 16' x 20' Russian Style Barn was built by Jacob Baum in 1911. Made of cottonwood 2" x 4"s sawed by Charlie Kindmoth, the boards were laid flat for better strength. The structure was actively used as a livestock barn from 1911 to 1978 and was moved to the Huntley Project Museum in 1979 from its original location east of Ballantine, Montana.
