1. Bel Vista Residence Marker
Inscription. Albert Frey first conceptualized the design for, these modest homes in 1934 for a project for the Department of Agriculture which sought to produce economical housing for farm workers. Originally designed to provide housing for workers during World War II, the Bel Vista homes originally sold for $13,500.
