Regarding Charles T. Watkins. The Watkins Hotel closed decades ago and was converted into apartments. It caught on fire in October 2024 and was vacated of all residents. There was a second fire in March of 2025, this was deemed suspicious by the Warsaw Village Police. The building remains closed.
