Buckland's (4th) Brigade,
72d Ohio, 70th Ohio, 48th Ohio,
Sherman's (5th) Division.

This brigade, with its regiments in order from left to right as above, was engaged here at 10 a.m. April 7, 1862. It advanced 600 yards and at 12 m. Was engaged at exact place where the 70th was in action on the 6th.
