1. Trenton YMCA Marker
Inscription. Founded in 1856, the Trenton YMCA was initially located in homes and public buildings throughout the city. In 1892, with volunteer leadership and total community support, the YMCA built their first consolidated facility on this site. By 1916, the need for a newer, larger building was evident and it was built at 2 South Clinton Avenue in 1921.
 
Erected 1992 by Kiwanis Club of Trenton.
