Location. Marker is missing. It was located near 42° 55.701′ N, 78° 53.863′ W. Marker was in Buffalo, New York, in Erie County. It was in Black Rock. Marker was on Niagara Street (New York State Route 266) 0.1 miles south of Tonawanda Street (New York State Route 265), on the right when traveling south. The marker lies at one of the access points of the Scajaquada Pathway. It is only accessable from the nearby surface street (Niagara Street). The I-190 and Scajaquada Expressway (SR-198) interchange flyover both the neighborhood and Pathway. As of 10/06/2019 the area along the sidewalk here is the site of construction.
