A public servant of unrivaled integrity, dedication, and sound judgment, Blair Lee III served the people of the State of Maryland for more than thirty years. His policy initiatives in health, education, tax reform, and fiscal management resulted in far-reaching benefits for citizens of the State and earned him lasting and widespread respect and admiration.

This building is dedicated in honor of Blair Lee, III, this fifteenth day of April, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Eight.
