1. The Pentagon Marker
Inscription. About 9:30 a.m., September 11, 2001, a hijacked commercial airliner was deliberately crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia killing 35 active duty, retired and reserve naval personnel, along with other military personnel and innocent civilians. Most of the naval personnel had been assigned to a ship or shore station in Norfolk before going to the Pentagon.

This cowardly terrorist attack will never be forgotten
