1. Intersection of Treaty Lines Marker
Inscription.  One mile south is intersection of western boundary line of Treaty of Greenville, Ohio (1795) and Treaty of Grouseland, near Vincennes (1805), northeastern boundary line. By these treaties, Native American tribes ceded land to the United States government for settlement.
 
Erected 1995 by Indiana Historical Bureau, Franklin County Historical Society, and Surveyors Historical Society. (Marker Number 24.1995.3.)
