Regarding Constitution Saloon. In 1998 Excelsior Parlor #31 of the Native Sons of the Golden West purchased this building from the Women's Club of Jackson. Having opened a doorway into the Native Sons Hall, the Constitution Saloon once again serves libations to members of the Native Sons and the Native Daughters of the Golden West and their guests.

Both buildings are now owned by Excelsior Parlor, a doorway opened between them and the Constitution Saloon has returned to it's original purpose as a (now private) saloon & social hall.
