Lutheran Van Buskirk Church Cemetery must be the one I remember when we lived at 741 Rutland, from 1936-38, when I was 8-10 years old. A neighbor said that Indians buried there were buried sitting up. The grave markers were wood, and were mostly illegible. Too bad we didn't take any photos. It seems like such an historic important memory to me that I am still aware of it after all these years. Never again saw any historic graveyard like this. So impressive.
