1. Semmes Battery Marker
Inscription. In memory of two unknown soldiers of Semmes Battery 1st Confederate Light Artillery who lost their lives on 10/15/1863 during the Battle of Little Carrion Crow Bayou. Their names may have been forgotten but their devotion to duty and country have not. Erected by the LA. Society Order of Confederate Rose 2002.
