1. Roanoke Boulevard Marker
Inscription. On September 18, 1971, Roanoke Road was designated as a historic landmark by the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners and renamed Roanoke Boulevard. Originally constructed in 1915 the boulevard exists as one of the few remaining brick roads in Kansas City. June 1988.
