Regarding Winona Confederate Monument. Standing Confederate soldier wearing uniform and hat. He carries an ammunition pouch over proper left shoulder. He grips barrel-end of rifle in both hands, and butt of his rifle rests on ground before proper right foot. There is a tree stump behind his proper left leg. Limestone figure stands atop a limestone pedestal decorated with a relief of draped flags, atop multitiered limestone base.
