Distinguished Minister for
the French Navy and
Colonies (1780-1787) after whom
the City of Castries is named.

 
Location. 14° 0.726′ N, 60° 59.219′ W. Marker is in Castries, Castries. Marker is on Darling Road just north of Jeremie Street, on the right when traveling north. Touch for map. The marker and bust are roughly in the middle of the Carlos V Gardens of Castries.
