The bridge crossing at this point of the Lackawanna River is [k]nown as Decker Bridge.

It was named after the contractor who was hired to build a new bridge after flooding destroyed an earlier structure.
 
Erected by Lackawanna Heritage Valley National and State Heritage Area.
