— Delaware & Hudson Canal Company —
Plane No. 12 & 18 after 1844 renovations.
Coal was stockpiled here during winter months,
weighed and transported to canal after thaw.
Passenger service was initiated in 1877.
Depot operational until 1899. Depot and site purchased by
Waymart Boro in 1900 for use as town hall.
