Location. Memorial has been permanently removed. It was located near 39° 6.941′ N, 77° 33.849′ W. Memorial was in Leesburg, Virginia, in Loudoun County. It was at the intersection of North King Street (U.S. 115 Bus) and Market Street when traveling south on North King Street. Touch for map.
