This fountain and plaza were dedicated on Natal Day, August 6, 2007 by His Worship Mayor Peter Kelly and Robert L. Pace, Chairman, Public Gardens Foundation, to recognize the tireless efforts and work to restore and revitalize one of Canada's public treasures.
