1. The Rectory and Sanctuary of Guadalupe Marker
Rectoría y Santuario de Guadalupe
Originalmente fue fundado en los albores del siglo XVIII, en lo que se conoció antes como la capilla de San Juan Nepomuceno y ésta a su vez, fue fundada en el siglo XVII por los jesuitas, que permanecieron efímeramente en la entonces Villa de Salamanca.
La edificación del Santuario es de piedra sólida de calicanto, su fachada es de cantera estilo neoclásica, siendo originalmente su torre de un solo cuerpo. El capitán Cayetano Martínez, español mandó fabricar el segundo cuerpo de la torre y su remate piramidal con cruz de hierro, de 1854 a 1855, trabajo encargado al albañil don Alejo Nava, así como la fachada y la portada del muro del atrio, diseñando también en estilo neoclásico el altar mayor. El capellán Pbro. D. Toribio Muñiz, en el año de 1893 reconstruyó de nuevo el altar mayor, el cual tiene ciertas reminiscencias del altar mayor de la Basilica Nacional de Guadalupe de la Ciudad de México; reconstruyó la sacristía y en al año de 1907 agregó cuatro cámaras pequeñas que ahora tienen el templo y decoraron las paredes en 1908.

El cura de Dolores, Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, en su paso histórico por la entonces Villa de Salamanca, el 24 de septiembre de 1810, realizó una visita a este Santuario de Guadalupe.
La puerta de herrería del atrio fue fabricada e instalada en el año de 1910.
Previo a los festejos a la Virgen de Guadalupe, los cuales se celebran el 12 de Diciembre, se suele rezar un oncenaario con tres rosarios por la tarde, en este recinto religioso guadalupano, al que acuden tradicionalmente y en gran numero familias de salmantinos con sus niños y niñas, jóvenes y señoritas ataviados con su vestuario de inditos(as).
Stewardship and Sanctuary of Guadalupe
It was originally founded in the early eighteenth century, in what was known before as the chapel of San Juan Nepomuceno and this in turn was founded in the seventeenth century by the Jesuits, who remained fleetingly in then Villa de Salamanca.
The building of the Sanctuary is solid stone masonry, its facade is neoclassical style quarry, its tower originally being only one body. Captain Cayetano Martínez, spaniard, start building the second body of the tower and its pyramidal top with an iron cross. From 1854 to 1855, commissioned this work

2. The Rectory and Sanctuary of Guadalupe Marker English side
Framed oil paint on canvas, it is dedicated to the Holy Virgin of Guadalupe, and is located at the center of the main altar, which date from 1791.
The priest of Dolores Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, in its historical step by the then Villa de Salamanca, on September 24, 1810, paid a visit to the Shrine of Guadalupe.
The door of the atrium made by blacksmith was manufactured and installed in 1910.
Prior to the celebrations of the Virgin of Guadalupe, which is celebrated on December 12, is generally say during eleven days, three rosaries in the afternoon, in this Guadalupe’s religious grounds, which traditionally come and many families of salmantinos with their children, young or young ladies dressed in their native costumes.
