A pioneer physician in E. Franklin Co., Dr. Rodriguez practiced here, 1850-1879. Born in Tepian, Cuba, of Castilian Spanish parents. Immigrated to U.S. and studied medicine at Natchez. Married Rebecca Lazarus, 1851.
