2. Second Rockbridge Artillery Position
The stone wall in front of the tablet runs roughly parallel to West Confederate Avenue, north to south, long Seminary Ridge. The wall is about 10 yards from the road at this point. Notice the metal anchor point (red tape on the ground, just to the right of the tablet) for an artillery piece display. The guns in this section of the battlefield were removed for use in more heavily visited areas.

3. Schultz Woods
The actual position of the battery might have been further to the south, along the avenue, just where Schultz Woods breaks away from the paved road. From this position, the battery had a field of view which included Cemetery Hill and Federal positions to the south along the ridge extending from that high ground.
