Of a National Memorial Was Laid in the Presence of Naval, Military and Civic Representatives, by the Right Worshipful the Mayor of this Borough, Alderman H.J. Waring, Esquire, J.P. on Thursday July 19th 1888.
Being the Three Hundredth Anniversary
Of the First Sighting the Spanish Armada
