Inscription.

This stone from Knapdale Estate, St. Ann, shows the coat of arms of the Clan Campbell of Argyll, used by the earliest recorded owner of Knapdale Duncan Campbell (1772-1791) a descendant of the first Duke of Argyll.

2. Clan Campbell Coat of Arms Marker

Further to the right of the marker is a clay jar. Its marker reads:

These red earthenware jars, commonly known as Spanish jars, are believed to have come from Cuba, where they were produced in the 17th and 18th centuries. They were used in Jamaica for storage of water.
