1917. El dia 31 de enero, se firmo la Constitucion General de la Republica que contiene las promesas hechas a la nación, por la Revolución Constitucionalista

The Theatre of the Republic
1867 - In this historic building, the War Council met that judged Maximilian and his main generals.

1917 - On January 31, the General Constitution of the Republic was signed, containing the promises made to the nation based on the Constitutionalist Revolution
