Location. 34° 55.589′ N, 85° 14.586′ W. Marker is near Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, in Catoosa County. Marker can be reached from Brotherton Road east of Alexander Bridge Road, on the left when traveling east. This marker is located in the National Military Park that preserves the site of the Chickamauga Battlefield, and is situated along one of the park hiking trails just north of the Winfrey Field. According to the location information provided by the National Park Service, this stone marker can be located on the, "1934 Chickamauga Battlefield Monument Location Map, Site #101". Touch for map.
